West Colonial Townhomes, a 12-unit development of Colonial Construction Co., opens today in Pasadena at prices from $99,900 to $118,900.
The two-bedroom, 2 1/2-bath town houses are available in a two-story floor plan with 1,260 square feet of space. Among the features are wood-burning fireplaces, vaulted ceilings and wood decks.
The monthly homeowners fee is $52.96, and move-ins are scheduled in October.
A decorated model is open Saturdays through Wednesdays from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 52 Sierra Bonita Ave.
