Pirmin Zurbriggen gave Switzerland its second straight World Cup ski victory in the men’s downhill at the Andean resort of Las Lenas, Argentina.

Leonhard Stock of Austria was second, while Peter Mueller and Franz Heinzer, both of Switzerland, tied for third.

It was the second race of the new World Cup season, which began with another men’s downhill on the Mercury course Friday. In that race, Swiss skiers Mueller, Karl Alpiger and Heinzer finished 1-2-3.
