Wolfe, Stephenson Help Advance Encino in Colt World Series

Joel Wolfe and Mike Stephenson each had three hits as Encino defeated Hawaii, 7-3, Saturday night in the Colt World Series in Lafayette, Ind.
Encino will play Marietta (Ga.) today at 6 p.m. in the quarterfinals of the eight-team, double-elimination tournament for 15-16-year-olds,
Bobby Aparicio started for Encino and pitched five innings to earn the win.
Encino catcher J. R. Trujillo had two hits, including a triple, and drove in two runs.
