Ducommun Inc. said it has arranged a $122.7-million revolving credit agreement with a group of seven financial institutions led by Security Pacific Corp.
The Cypress-based company said the funds will be used for general corporate purposes.
The three-year agreement replaces two earlier revolving credit arrangements that would have expired in mid-1987. The total amount of those two agreements was $120 million, the company said.
In addition to distributing electronic components and computer products, Ducommun makes components and assemblies for the aerospace and aircraft industries. The company reported 1985 sales of $417 million.
