The Death of Councilman Finn

I sit here wondering about the relative unimportance of the planning issues I will deal with today in the shadow of Councilman Finn’s passing.

It was his guidance in planning matters I watched very closely because I understood he cared more for the substance, the fairness provided by his decisions, than the politics.
