Sun City Homes Designed for Active Seniors

Sun City Terrace, a collection of 80 one-story, single-family detached homes for active seniors, opens this week end in Sun City at 29708 Desert Hills Road, near the Sun City Municipal Golf Course.

The Presley of California homes offer two- and three-bedroom plans with two baths in three distinctive designs and with floor plans ranging in size from 1,223 to 1,442 square feet.

Twenty-three homes priced from $79,990 to $88,990 are being offered in the first phase on lots that average about 7,200 square feet, some with recreational vehicle parking.

Features include air conditioning, wood-burning fireplaces, overhead plant shelves, vaulted and sloping ceilings, large walk-in closets in master suites and enclosed two-car garages. Kitchens include microwave ovens.

Three models decorated by Creative Design Consultants are open for inspection daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
