Color Tile reported a new buyout offer.

The company said General Felt Industries had offered $30 a share for the company. The bid is one of several indications of interest that the company said it has received since it announced earlier this month that an investor group had offered $25 a share, or $235 million, to take the company private. The company said it would refer the offer to a committee of outside directors and financial advisers.
