Delay in Donovan Trial Granted

NEW YORK —
A judge today granted a one-day delay in the trial of former Labor Secretary Raymond J. Donovan to allow time for a medical examination of a co-defendant.
State Supreme Court Justice John P. Collins granted the delay in response to a request by the prosecution.
