Tandon’s suit against Mitsubishi was dismissed.

Mitsubishi announced that U.S. District Judge Robert Takasugi issued a ruling in Los Angeles last month rejecting Tandon’s charge that the Japanese electronics company infringed on its patent for floppy disk drives. The International Trade Commission also has rejected Tandon’s allegation, but that decision is being appealed by the Chatsworth-based company.
