Glass Windows Found to Weaken With Age

LUBBOCK, Tex. —
Glass windows installed in office buildings and skyscrapers lose 40% of their strength in 10 years, according to a disaster research study by Texas Tech University.
The chief culprit in sapping the strength of the glass in the weather.
