Three Buildings in Sorrento Valley Development Opened

A three-building office / research and development complex has been opened in the Lusk-Mira Mesa Business Park, a major project of the San Diego division of the Lusk Co., in joint venture with Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Co.

When completed, the 720-acre, multiphased business park will comprise nearly one-third of Sorrento Valley’s industrial square footage. The newly opened glass and brick-veneer complex at the corner of Mira Mesa boulevard and Oberlin Drive will offer a total of 62,000 leasable square feet.
