Milton I. Swimmer, founder-president of Swimmer Cole Martinez Curtis, has left that nationally ranked interior design firm to join the J. H. Snyder Co., a major development organization, as a partner.
Swimmer, with more than 25 years of experience in tenant orientation to office space development, will work directly with Jerome H. Snyder, president, and his partner, Lew Geyser.
The new partner already has been involved with the Snyder group’s development of two Wilshire Boulevard office projects, Museum Square, the former Prudential Insurance headquarters, and Wilshire Courtyard, under construction as a 1-million-square-foot complex, already nearly 60% leased.
Swimmer is a member of the American Society of Interior Designers and the Young Presidents organization. He is a faculty member at the Art Center College of Design and is associated with Brooks College in Long Beach, Woodbury University and the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising.
