Leningrad Flights Planned

LONDON —
State-owned British Airways is adding a second Soviet route to its network this month, offering flights to Leningrad pending final approval from Soviet authorities, the airline said Monday. Weekly services, with round-trip direct flights from London’s Heathrow Airport, are planned from Sept. 21, using Boeing 737s.
