A former stockbroker for E.F. Hutton and Co., Inc. was indicted in Cleveland on federal charges that he allegedly defrauded former Cleveland Brown and Raider running back Greg Pruitt of more than $100,000.
The indictment alleges that John S. Jacob, 46, converted nearly $103,000 from Pruitt’s account into another account for his own use between 1981 and 1983.
