Pakistani officials said the four Palestinian gunmen who opened fire on passengers aboard a Pan American World Airways jetliner last week probably had Pakistani supporters who provided weapons, uniforms and information about airport security. They said they were investigating in an effort to identify those involved. The death toll rose to 19 when an 18-year-old Pakistani, who had been lying brain-dead in a Karachi hospital, died of his wounds.
