Libyan officials have told European diplomats that their government is holding the body of an American airman shot down during the April 15 U.S. bombing raid on Libya, Administration officials said. But U.S. officials remain skeptical of the report, saying the Arab nation has yet to offer evidence or positive identification of the flier.
