An Arab group that claimed responsibility for a bomb attack at the Paris City Hall this week demanded the “immediate liberation” by the government of three terrorists jailed in France. The Committee of Solidarity with Arab and Middle Eastern Political Prisoners said in a letter to a French news agency that it planted the bomb, which killed one person and wounded 18. The group, which claims responsibility for six other bombings in Paris, seeks the release of Georges Ibrahim Abdallah, leader of the Lebanese Armed Revolutionary Faction; Anis Naccache, head of a commando team that tried to kill Iran’s former prime minister in 1980, and Waroujan Garbidjian, who led a 1983 attack at Orly Airport.
