ICN Pharmaceuticals Inc. said last week that it raised approximately $32 million through the sale of subordinated convertible debentures in the Netherlands. Proceeds of the Eurobond offering, valued at 75 million Dutch guilders, will be used in part to finance acquisitions, the Costa Mesa drug maker said.
