Single-Family Homes Open in Master-Planned Southridge

First Editions, Calprop Corp.’s new selection of single-family homes, opens today in Southridge, a master-planned community in Fontana.
Designed by VCA--The Randy Washington Group, the 186-unit development is located on 25 acres of the 1,300-acre community of Southridge and offers 43 homes in phase 1, ranging in price from $75,000 to $100,000.
Four floor plans are sized from 905 to 1,536 square feet and offer a choice of two or three bedrooms and two or 2 1/2 baths. All units have front-yard landscaping with automatic sprinklers, side and rear yard fencing, concrete driveways and walkways, dual and multi-paned windows and two-car garages.
Interior features include fireplaces, volume ceilings, air conditioning and night set-back thermostats.
The project, with sales offices at 14256 Long View Drive, is displaying four models decorated by Phase IV, open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
