Ashton-Tate Leases in Andrex Building

Ashton-Tate Inc., a maker of computer software, has leased the remaining 114,000 square feet of office space in Andrex Development Co.’s Andrex Building, 20101 Hamilton Ave., Torrance.
The nine-year lease is valued at $16.5 million, according to Klabin Co., the brokerage firm that represented Ashton-Tate in the transaction. Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate Services represented Andrex.
