Iraq Reports Attacks on Two Large Vessels

BAGHDAD, Iraq —
The Iraqi military said Sunday that its aircraft had attacked two large vessels off Iran’s Persian Gulf coast.
There was no confirmation from independent sources of any hits on the “large naval targets,” a term used by Baghdad to describe oil tankers or other merchant ships.
