Black Hebrew sect leader Warren Brown was sentenced in Washington to 30 years in prison for his part in a multimillion-dollar racket involving stolen airline tickets, credit cards and embezzlement. U.S. District Judge Aubrey E. Robinson Jr. gave Brown, alias Prince Asiel, maximum terms on racketeering and conspiracy convictions. James Stone and Gerald Bethea, two of Brown’s chief aides, received equal prison terms for the same offenses, and five others convicted in the scheme received lesser sentences.
