Two mercenaries joined 12 accomplices in pleading guilty in a plot to overthrow the military dictatorship of Suriname, a South American country, by kidnaping its ruler and seizing control of the government. “They have all pleaded guilty, and it’s over,” U.S. Atty. John Volz said in New Orleans. Tommy Denley, 45, of Grenada, Miss., pleaded guilty to conspiracy and to violating the Neutrality Act by attempting to overthrow a friendly country. John Ambielli, 45, of Lafayette, La., also pleaded guilty to violating the law.
