Director Moustafa Akkad implied that it’s the Jews’ fault that they are discriminated against because they are “ghettoish and clannish.”

Akkad further reveals his bigoted attitude toward Jews by suggesting that Jewish-American loyalty is suspect. His remarks ring of racist propaganda similar to the “Protocols of the Elders of Zion” and other nonsense asserting that Jews and sometimes Catholics secretly hold the power in America.

Akkad would like the Arab-American to be portrayed fairly in the media. Unfortunately, he holds the same simplistic, insulting view of Jews that bothers him when it is applied to Arabs.
