Branson New President of Home Warranty Assn.

Philip Branson, president of Woodland Hills-based First American Home Buyers Protection, was elected president of the Home Warranty Assn. of California. American Home Shields’ Dan Brinker was elected vice president, Wayne Mauzey of Hisco Home Protection was elected secretary, and Ramona Cook of Electronic Realty Associates Inc. was named treasurer.
