Apartments Being Built in Chinatown

Hillside Villa, a 124-unit rental housing complex at 636 N. Hill Place in the Chinatown Redevelopment Project area, being developed by L. A. Sunset Properties II Inc., has begun construction, with completion scheduled for December, 1987.

The $12.85-million complex will consist of one-, two- and three- bedroom apartments. Daniel, Mann, Johnson & Mendenhall is architect-engineer and Donald Jung & Associates is landscape architect.
