Immigration officials said today that a Nicaraguan and three Cubans seeking political asylum after their Madrid-bound plane made an emergency landing in Miami will be released to the custody of relatives in Florida.

Perry Rivkind, district director of the Immigration and Naturalization Service, said the four will be paroled until their claims are processed. The four, none of whom speaks English, were among 238 passengers and 14 crew members on an Iberia Airlines DC-10 jumbo jet that blew four tires Tuesday taking off from Havana, Cuba. The rest of the passengers and crew members left the United States early today.
