The pilot’s license of a San Leandro man accused of flying a small plane under the San Francisco-Oakland Bay Bridge earlier this month was revoked by the Federal Aviation Administration. An FAA spokesman said Ronald Wilson Harpe has not yet responded to the federal agency’s charges against him, but will have a chance to appeal the revocation. Harpe is accused of flying a single-engine Cessna 172 twice under the west end of the Bay Bridge on Labor Day. He also is charged with having flown through restricted airspace at Oakland International Airport and the Alameda Naval Air Station before landing his plane at Hayward Airport.
