GOOD & BAD ARABS

Many thanks to Chris Tricarico and Marison Mull for an outstanding article on the portrayal of the true plight of American Muslims and Christians alike (“The Arab: No More Mister Bad Guy,” Sept. 14).

It is not often that we Americans are able to read about these beautiful but gravely misunderstood people in a piece presented in an open and honest fashion.

There shall always be the virtuous and the villainous. Just because we view a media account of an Arab terrorist does not mean that all Arabs are terrorists. It seems to me that as smart and intelligent as Americans are, we should be able to understand the concept of discarding the one rotten apple.
