Explosive powder found in a police raid on the Coeur d’Alene, Ida., home of a security officer for the white-supremacist Aryan Nations church is similar to powder used in five bombings, a federal expert said. He said the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms planned to file charges, but he declined to name a suspect. State and federal officers investigating the bombings raided the home of David Dorr, the security officer, and held Dorr and two others on charges of counterfeiting.
