Sun Co. has completed the sale of its Sun Distributors Inc. unit to Shearson Lehman Bros., a unit of American Express, for $199 million . . . Ashton-Tate said it will lay off about 35 of the 122 employees of its recently acquired Decision Resources unit in Westport, Conn.
