Drug Dealer Gets 20 Years

SINGAPORE —
A lower court Monday sentenced a taxi driver to 20 years in prison and 15 strokes of the cane for trafficking in more than 30 pounds of opium. Goh Ya Tian, 48, pleaded guilty to the charge. The court also ordered that Goh forfeit his taxi.
