Chile’s Police Break Up Service, Witnesses Say

SANTIAGO, Chile —
Police used tear gas to break up a Wednesday night memorial ceremony attended by about 200 journalists and friends of a murdered opposition magazine editor, and at least three people were arrested, witnesses said Thursday.
