Barry K. Sugden Jr. has been named to the newly created position of chief financial officer at Calay Systems Inc. in Irvine.
Sugden was previously with Chamberlain Manufacturing Corp., where he served as audit director at the company’s Chicago headquarters and as controller for the electronics division in Nogales, Ariz. He was most recently vice president of finance at the data products division of Lear Siegler Inc. in Anaheim.
Calay Systems Inc. manufactures design automation systems for electronics.
