OPEC ministers continued to meet in Geneva.
There was no agreement on a common strategy for drying up the world oil glut, said Iraq’s oil chief Kassim Ahmed Taki. He said that a two-hour evening meeting on Wednesday was the most intense session of the 10-day-old conference of representatives from the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries and that the ministers would resume their efforts to find an agreement today.
