CLEBURNE, Tex. —
Workers resumed production of oil field explosives at the GOEX plant Wednesday, hours after a blast killed the company president and another worker.
The explosion Tuesday killed GOEX President David Levey and co-worker DeLord Mabry. Most other workers had gone home for the day and there were no other injuries, authorities said.
Wayne Mercer, a spokesman for the parent company, Pengo Industries, said the victims had been working in a laboratory trying to develop a new type of explosive.
