Tiverton Court Apartments opens today at 940 Tiverton Ave., Westwood Village, with 48 units, 12 of them leased.

Monthly rents range from $750 to $850 for studio units and from $1,400 to $1,600 for suites with 2 master bedrooms and 2 baths. The apartments range in size from about 450 to about 1,100 square feet.

There is immediate occupancy for the project of H&A; Development Co. The leasing office is open daily from noon to 6 p.m.
