Share

Datametrics said it will assemble and sell keyboards for military computers using parts purchased from Key Tronic Corp. of Spokane, Wash.

Datametrics President Garland White said it is impossible to put a value on the agreement signed by the two companies, and further terms were not disclosed. White said Datametrics hopes to sell the extra-durable keyboards for use aboard warships and in other military applications.

The Chatsworth-based company is already a leading maker of computer printers for the military.
