Thirty-two custom single-family lots priced from $75,000 to $167,000, are being offered by Shea Homes in the firm’s master-planned community of Snow Creek in Walnut.

The fully improved lots range in size from 13,939 square feet to 5.22 acres. Architectural standards have been established to ensure that each house built in Snow Creek blends in with others, according to a spokesman for the developers.

A sales office is open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at 21612 Cattail Court, near La Puente Road and Grand Avenue in Walnut.
