Work to Start Thursday on Pier Project
Construction will begin Thursday on the the $30-million Pierside Village dining/shopping complex by Bryant L. Morris Development at the south side of the Huntington Beach pier.
Completion of the first phase of the Mediterranean-styled complex is scheduled for the spring of 1988. It will include 87,500 square feet of leasable space and 696 parking spaces--most of them subterranean.
The Carlsbad-based Morris firm is the developer of Fisherman’s Village in Marina del Rey, San Diego Seaport Village, Shoreline Village in Long Beach and Raging Waters Park in San Dimas.
