Industry Centre Work Under Way

Industry Centre, a $14-million master-planned industrial park, is under construction in the City of Industry on a 19.2-acre parcel at the southwest corner of Rowland and Lawson streets.

The first phase of development comprises four buildings, ranging from 32,000 to 52,000 square feet. Ultimately, Industry Centre will have nine free-standing buildings with a total of 350,000 square feet of space.

The Seeley Co.’s San Gabriel Valley office, which is marketing the property, also negotiated the sale of the land, representing both the buyer and developer, Bornstein Enterprises of Santa Monica, and Siegal Enterprises of Encino, the seller.
