LOS ANGELES COUNTY - News from Nov. 4, 1986

William D. Schulte has been promoted to vice chairman-Western region of Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Co., a major accounting and consulting firm. Schulte succeeds William A. Hasler, who is moving to New York from San Francisco as vice chairman in charge of the firm’s management consulting services. Maurice J. DeWald will succeed Schulte in Los Angeles as managing partner of the Los Angeles office and a director.
