Kenneth Mark Fobbs, who was sought in the Len Bias death investigation, surrendered to authorities in Upper Marlboro, Md.
Fobbs, 25, was charged with perjury in a sealed indictment returned last Thursday by the grand jury investigating the June 19 cocaine-induced death of the University of Maryland All-American.
Fobbs was the roommate of Brian Tribble, who is charged with supplying Bias cocaine.
