Wickes Cos. of Santa Monica appointed Maynard Jenkins to the post of president of its San Jose-based Orchard Supply Hardware chain, effective Dec. 1. Before his Wickes appointment, Jenkins was president and chief operating officer of Pay N Save Drug Stores.
