11 Hurt in Fire at Paris Ministry Annex

PARIS —
A fire triggered an explosion of oxygen tanks Tuesday in a Ministry for External Relations annex building on the Left Bank, injuring at least 11 firefighters, police said.
Officials said the fire erupted in a room where old documents were kept. The oxygen was in the building for welding work.
