Fat Riders Pay Double

BULAWAYO, Zimbabwe —
Private taxi owners in Bulawayo, infuriated by “huge and overweight” passengers, have started charging them double, the Zimbabwean news agency Ziana reported Thursday. The cabbies complained that fat passengers take up the space of two thinner people and cost them business.
