I am compelled to respond to Don King’s statements to Craig Modderno concerning my client, Michael Jackson, which appeared in Outtakes, Nov. 16.

Regarding Don King’s suggestion that he helm another Jackson family tour, Michael Jackson’s schedule precludes any such family project. In reference to King’s attempt to star Michael in a feature film, there is no way, no how, no chance this will take place.

There has been no contact between Michael or myself with King in 18 months. Don King has no official, authorized or professional association with Michael Jackson.
