Skyline Homes Offer Choice of One, Two Stories

Skyline at Village Oaks by Rhoades Development Co. opens today in Chino Hills with three- and four-bedroom single-family houses priced from $122,900 to $151,990.
The houses in the master-planned development in the southwestern corner of San Bernardino County are offered in four one- and two-story plans with 1,327 to 2,000 square feet. The first phas1696624486houses, with first move-ins scheduled next May.
Standard features include fenced yards, vaulted ceilings, garage for three-cars, family rooms and optional master bedrooms.
The models won’t be ready until February, but a sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily at 3131 Bayberry Drive, reached from westbound Carbon Canyon Road exit of Corona (71) Expressway.
