Los Angeles-based Kaufman & Broad Home Corp., largest single-family home builder in California and the third-largest in France, has promoted R. Chad Dreier, 38, to senior vice president and chief financial officer. Also, the firm said Dreier will continue as president of International Mortgage Co., a wholly owned subsidiary.
