More than 300 friends and relatives attended a memorial service in Shelby for a North Carolina missionary and her daughter who were slain in an African village. Libby Senter, 47 and her daughter, Rachel, 10, were found stabbed to death in their home at American Bible College in Yekepa, Liberia. Senter and her husband, George, were missionaries with the Southern Baptist Church. Authorities arrested Baptist Seminary graduate Benjamin Morris, 32, as he tried to flee the country. A church official said George Senter had offered forgiveness to Morris.
